The Marvelous Adventure of an Event Planner: High-End Event Producer and Emotions Designer

In our today’s society, everybody is looking for success and people are having less and less time to relax.

What could be better than spending time with those you love during a day, a week-end or a full week in a magical and spectacular atmosphere?

Whether in France, the United States or elsewhere, the art of celebration is the same all around the world and requires time and know-how. Indeed, every detail matters and nothing is left to chance.

I have been successful in marketing, management and communication and after having worked in France and the United States for several years, I have decided to live my dreams. It is with immense joy that I finally start my own luxury event planning agency in France to take up new challenges.

Planning an event requires time (a modern wedding takes 528 hours, or 22 full days, to plan) and specific skills. When planning a wedding, you must be able to pay close attention to detail, follow procedures and it can be very stressful. This is why more and more couples hire a wedding planner.

How to choose the right wedding or event planner and what does an event planner do?

First of all, it is important to choose someone you can trust. Indeed, this person will spend a lot of time with you and your family and you will share your personal life with your event planner so make sure to feel comfortable with her or him.

Then, it is essential to hire an agency that understands your requirements and your needs; an agency that will create a bespoke approach.

Finally, make sure to select an event planner that accepts a limited number of events each year so that the agency can ensure effective and adequate follow-up: a way to focus on quality instead of quantity.

Planning, organizing, coordinating, what do these words mean?

Keep in mind that you can hire a wedding or an event planner for a full-service planning, a partial planning (vendor selection, design and decoration, production, …) or a day of coordination. Your event planner has to share her or his address book, her or his skills as well as her or his experience with you.

The appropriate event planner must have good listening skills, capacity for adaptation and must be creative because every project is different.

Your organizer coordinates every detail of your event from preparations to D-day.

Are you getting married? Do you want to plan a large-scale event? Do you plan to organize a celebration of your union abroad?
Do not hesitate to contact us for a free consultation.
